Our Chiquila Shuttle is a non-stop two hour drive from the moment you board our shuttle at Cancun International Airport to the port of chiquila from which you can take the ferry to Holbox Island.
(Ferry Tickets are not included in your Chiquila Shuttle Fee).
We advise you to use the restroom before boarding.

Ferries to Holbox Island usually depart every hour but there are always water taxis (only with daylight) for hire at the port of chiquila.

For a hassle free experience, you can choose to purchase your Ferry Tickets with us for an extra fee or you can buy them online directly with the Ferry company you can visit their website here.
Terminal 2 International:
Once you clear customs please go outside the terminal to the pre-hired ground transportation section. You will find one of our representatives waiting just pass the gate. They will have a sign with your name on it.
If your flight is delayed for any reason please don’t worry, we track all flights and will wait for you.
We normally wait 30 to 40 minutes after the plane lands to go inside to find you. If you clear customs before and don’t see the representative, don’t panic, go to The Welcome Bar inside the terminal and they will be there shortly.
In the case of an emergency or you cannot find the representative call +52 984 135 6451 for assistance.
We wait 30 to 40 minutes to go and find you because the airport rules only allow us to be in the terminal 20 minutes and that is the time that normally takes to clear customs because other flights are arriving almost at the same time every 5 minutes.
